We are looking for volunteer trainers to join us at FatPipe ABQ on Fri May 6th and Sat May 7th to teach classes on the following topics to New Mexicans with intellectual disabilities.
- Search Engine
- Social Media
- Netiquette
- Photo Editing
- Blogging
- Microsoft Office
You don’t have to be a certified expert on the topic, but savvy enough to develop a lesson plan covering the basics, common questions and, more importantly, patience and kindness working with students. Groups will be small and you will have the opportunity to teach more than one group.
Fri May 6th
- 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Registration and Dinner
- 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM: 3 groups of (5) students each approximately
Sat May 7th
- 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Arrival and Breakfast
- 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: 3 groups of (5) students each approximately
- 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: 3 groups of (5) students each approximately
- 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch
- 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM: 3 groups of (5) students each approximately
- 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Questions
