Do you know teens who have interesting ideas about hot to improve a product or service? Do they want to be a part of a team that creates a real business? If so, encourage them to participate in the One-Week Startup Teen ABQ Program at Bosque School this summer (July 13-17-2015).
This week will begin with presentations from Albuquerque Mayor Richard Berry, Albuquerque Economic Development Director Gary Oppedahl, and other local entrepreneurs and professionals speaking on topics including; researching an idea, intellectual property laws, business canvas models, technology, and graphic design. Beginning on Wednesday, students will pitch ideas, form teams, and build a business model. Final presentations will take place on Friday, July 17 at 5:00 pm. in front a of a panel of judges and parents.

The City of Albuquerque has generously provided 11 scholarships for students to participate. These are going fast. The course is $295.
