“Albuquerque is on the verge of greatness…”, a recent quote by outgoing Albuquerque Business First Publisher, Ian Anderson.  That greatness is due in no small part to the GREAT strides many of our local technology companies are making.  We are proud to send out a “Well Done!” to not one but, TWO NMTC member and local rock star companies, RiskSense and Speridian Technologies, for their latest in a string of achievements.

Today Inc. Magazine published their Inc. 5000 and Inc. 500 rankings, and 11 New Mexico companies achieved the exclusive ranking which represents the fastest-growing private companies in America.
RiskSense, an Albuquerque-based cybersecurity company, continues to climb upward–earning the position of #1,501 on the 2015 Inc. 5000. Last year, RiskSense held the position of #2,704, which translates into a 45% increase in ranking. This is the company’s third consecutive year of ranking on Inc. 5000.
“Our ranking in this year’s Inc. 5000 is further proof that our methodologies and focus resonate with our clients.  Our three-year sales growth of 273% is simply the result of the hard work and dedication our team constantly puts forth,” says Srinivas Mukkamala, CEO and co-founder of RiskSense, Inc. “Milestones such as the Inc. 5000 are reminders that although we continue to perform well, there is always room for improvement.”
Last year, 6 New Mexico companies ranked–but this year there are 11. RiskSense ranks number 4 out of New Mexico companies on the Inc. 5000 list, where the software industry is one of the fastest growing industries–experiencing a growth rate of 158%.
