Speaker Hub
All speakers get free admission to the 2024 Tech Summit.
Speakers must be professional subject matter experts and have experience presenting to groups.
The Tech Summit draws a mix of professionals from across the tech ecosystem in our state.
This includes representatives from private, public, educational, and non-profit organizations.
The Tech Summit will take place at the Clyde Hotel in Downtown ABQ.
Each session will be conducted in a conference room that can accommodate up to 100 attendees. Average attendance will range from 50-80 attendees, depending on the topic.
We ask that all presenters submit a presentation for review before the event. Presenters must bring their presentation on a thumb drive on the day of the event.
Speaker FAQS
Each break-out session is 1 hour.
Presenters should plan for 45 mins of content in each session.
We ask that all you follow the following schedule in each breakout session:
5 min Intro – Sposnor Host
45 min Content – Presenter(s)
5-10 min Q&A – Audience
Each break-out session room will have the following equipment :
- 8′ x 8′ Screen
- Please create your presentation in a 16:9 aspect ratio
- Microphones
- Computer with access to Projector
- Do NOT bring your personal computer, as we might not be able to patch it in
- Bring your presentation on a thumb drive that can plug into the provided computer

All speakers will receive complimentary admission to the Tech Summit for the duration of the event.

- Registration opens at 10:00 am
- Sessions Begin at 11:30 am
- Sessions End at 5:00 pm
- End of Day Reception begins at 5:00 pm
- Reception Ends at 7:30 pm
