What does your company do/what industry do you represent? GSC is a consulting company that helps companies with operational challenges. GSC specializes in IT infrastructure cost optimization, helping companies control costs with servers, data center, Cloud, hosting, IT services, and software agreements. GSC can also help bring direct product costs in line by negotiating more favorable costs/contracts on direct material costs for companies.

What makes your company or organization unique? GSC was founded by a native New Mexican with experience working with some of the largest tech companies in the world. GSC wants to bring those methodologies to help give smaller companies the knowledge to bring their costs in line.

Is your business growing and do you plan to hire in the next 6 months? We are still in our bootstrap phase so we are planning on growing and hiring based on contracts.

How has the COVID-19 pandemic changed the way you do business? We have seen challenges with companies that seek our types of services but are reluctant to given the current economic environment.

Describe where you see technology in year 2030. There will be much more enterprises with a hybrid cloud approach. Companies will find that they will need some services that are managed directly and others that can be in the cloud.

Share a goal that you’ve set for 2021: GSC is setting goals to make a positive impact within the tech community in NM.

Where does your team stand: Red, Green or Christmas? We love the sweetness of the Red but Green is definitely our favorite.
