Mission
ATI’s focus as technology evangelists demands we remain actively at the forefront of emerging technology trends. We hold memberships in multiple professional organizations and look to be influencers in the adoption and utilization of technology. However, we also pride ourselves on remaining grounded, so we are not proponents of deploying technology without it providing long term value.
ATI goal is to deliver a superior client focused experience on all our projects and the businesses built from the reputations of the staff and leadership. Relationships are built on trust, support, and assurance, so we focus on the long term without sacrificing the immediate.
ATI is a services-based company, we take a pro-active approach to identifying and managing problems. However, when a problem is identified, it is our goal to deliver a successful outcome for our clients. We focus on what the issue is, how does it affect our client or project, and then we transition to finding a solution to meet the expectations.
While no entity can promise perfection in their actions, our goal is honesty, transparency, and being an active partner to our projects and clients. Our goal is to provide technology design, consulting, and installation, of the most up to date technology systems available, that exceed our clients’ expectations in: schedule, budget and system functionality.
What does your company do/what industry do you represent?
We provide technology design and consulting for various clients such as Government, State, K-12 etc….
What makes your company or organization unique?
We are a woman/minority owned organization who believes in diversity and equal opportunities for all.
Is your business growing and do you plan to hire in the next 6 months?
Yes, we are expanding our operations and plan to hire more help within the next six months.
How has the COVID-19 pandemic changed the way you do business?
The COVID-19 pandemic did cause minor obstacles for ATI as far as customer concerns with their own business and future spending, however ATI has been able to adjust and adapt to customer concerns by offering the same affordable and quality work we have always offered.
Share a goal you set for 2022.
One goal for 2022 is to expand our operation and relationships with customers from all over the great state of New Mexico.
Describe where you see technology in the year 2030.
We see technology by 2030 being at the very top of the list when it comes to matters of great importance in people’s homes and places of work all over the world.
Where do you stand – red, green, or Christmas?
Red without question.
