Join the PMI Otowi Bridge Chapter on March 26 at Buffalo Thunder, as Elaine M. Law, of San Francisco, shares her experience with leading a San Francisco retailer’s Asia Expansion Program in 2011 and 2012. Elaine led three project teams with more than 60 people, all using Agile methodology, as they supported the opening of new stores and brands in Japan and China. This promises to be an engaging evening, where you’ll learn about advanced collaboration techniques required for this sort of project, along with an exploration of lessons learned.
Elaine Law has more than 17 years of experience managing information technology projects, and her resume boasts work for companies like: McKesson Drug Company, Amgen Corporation, Novartis Vaccines & Diagnostics, RCI, Inc. and Robert Half International. Currently, Elaine directs the PMO for Avenue Code Inc., is an adjunct professor at UC Berkeley Extension, serves as the PMI Region 7 Community Outreach Advisor, and recently completed a term as President for the San Francisco Bay Area PMI chapter.
