NMWIT | The Advantage: is Good Communication Really That Important for Your Business?
May 22, 2014 @ 8:30 am - 10:00 am
| $8“The Advantage: is Good Communication Really That Important for Your Business?” A session that translates ‘The Advantage’ model into something you can use to improve your business or organization.
Please join Jacqueline Gould as she provides an overview of “The Advantage,” a model for organizational health that shows that clarity, communicating clearly and often with all employees leads to healthy organizations.
In The Advantage, the Five Dysfunctions are turned into five disciplines with which to create a cohesive leadership team. As a cohesive team, leaders can create clarity for the organization based on the reason the business was created, its core values, the products and services they offer, the strategy they use and what is most important to the business right now. By communicating this message frequently and consistently, leaders not only get the commitment and satisfaction of their staff, everyone is aligned with the focus and goals of the business.
Jacqueline Gould is an associate of Craig Dill & Associates helping individuals and organizations create new paths to success. She brings over thirty years of management experience to her work as an organization development consultant, learning and development facilitator, succession plan developer, and coach. She founded VisAct Process Management, a consulting firm, in 1999 and specializes in The Advantage, succession planning programs, learning strategy, employee engagement / retention and transition coaching.
Jacqueline helps organizations build a workplace of leaders able to address their own challenges successfully while assisting them with their business and transition objectives. Her strengths lie in being able to see the big picture, surfacing and appreciating the needs and focus of end users, and working with them to create leading edge solutions that reflect today and address the future.
Regular WIT Breakfast meetings are the 4th Thursday of each month from 8:30-10:00 AM.
