Equity 202: Advanced Investment Workshop

Remember our Equity 101 workshop a few months ago? We taught entrepreneurs the basics and what to think about when preparing yourself and your company for funding. This is an advanced and more focused version for companies who will be raising money in the next year.
We will inform participants on the types of legal structures for your company, while discussing term sheets and the different ways you can structure an investment deal.
